For mailing in orders, such as scans, first place an online
order and indicate "will mail" in the space for file name. Your
card will not be charged until we receive and print your order.
Privacy Policy: Your online transaction
is covered by the
mc1soft privacy
policy. You may write down your address and credit card number
and mail in an order, be aware we will have to fill out the online order
form for you, and this may result in delay. If you do not include
a working email address with your order, we may not accept it, because
it is too difficult to communicate with those who do this. All information
you provide remains confidential. We might contact you once or twice
a year. If you do not wish this, just let us know after your order
is complete, and we'll delete your address.
For price quotes, please calculate using
order
form. We will only refer you to the order for for pricing inquiries.
This helps us keep prices low for all customers (we get tons
of quote requests). If you have a large quantity (over 5),
yes discounts are available. To get the best quote, fill out the
order form and send us your file. Write QUOTE ONLY in the notes field.
Your card will not be charged unless you subsequently authorize the order.
You should consider ordering a single copy to preview quality before placing
a large order.
We do not usually print quantities over 100
(you need an offset printer for this). Allow a couple of weeks for
a very large order.
For file format and image quality or size questions, please
use the image eval wizard. We will only
respond after you have used the wizard and reported its results (again,
to keep prices low for all customers).
For file size exceptions, we guarantee satisfaction if you follow
wizard recommendations. You must waive warranty to get a file size
exception, unless we ask you for a larger file. See file
prep discussion.
For returns or other problems: Give
your name and address, the date of your order, the name of the image or
file, and the nature of the problem. Please do this within 10 days
of order, or 5 days of receipt of print, whichever is later. If the
print was delivered defective it will be replaced. Customer is responsible
for any damage after delivery. We may sometimes at our option issue
a refund instead of a replacement, provided the print is not a one-time
use item (like an exhibit poster), and if we are contacted within the above
time limitations. Refund will be posted to user's account (Paypal or credit
card) when print is received by us. Usually it is only necessary to return
or provide proof of damage. Contact us before returning items.
