  • The print is way too light and color saturation is off. (then later...) In looking closely at the print again this morning, it appears that like an underexposed photo with what I call a light "smoky" look..     "I got the prints today in great shape safe in their black poly pipe. The colors, depth, scope of the look are something. Jeepers! The farm places can be seen at this size. All that you know. People around here are seeing this for the first time. They are impressed by the immensity of land and space, and the Ireton survivor tree."

  • The first order came out great. This one is supposed to be black and white, but looks blue and white. - Todd, Aug. 2005 ... Jake's response: I'll get a re-print out to you and make sure we do a fresh color calibration before printing. Shades of gray for black and white prints are created on our color printer by mixing colors together. So it's kind of ironic, but black and white prints turn out to be the hardest to 'color' calibrate.
