Warranty & Privacy: If we make a mistake like sending you the wrong print, or mis-sizing it significantly, or printing it on the wrong paper type, of course we'll replace it.  You may be required to send the old print back.  See contact page for additional details on return procedures. Please use the image wizard to determine quality. We are not responsible for determining if your image is of suitable quality. If your print arrives damaged, you may be asked to assist in obtaining insurance adjustment from shipping agent, depending on how it was shipped (see illustration of heavy duty shipping package above - that is your best guarantee your print will arrive looking great!).  We do not share any of your personal information or send you a bunch of emails - see privacy policy.

• The new image evaluation wizard worked great. . . Many say that 11 x 14 is about the biggest you can enlarge an image from a 2.1 megapixel camera. I think I would beg to differ with them.
